Wuxi and Rudong Shrimp Output Expected to Depress Prices

White shrimp prices remain high in the southern and eastern China this late March mainly thanks to limited supply. And the prices raise around weekends but decline to some extents during working days. The prices have fluctuated to a comparatively great extent. They are likely to stay at high levels this April because the supply is still limited in the first half of this month.

But more shrimps from Nantong and Rudong of Jiangsu will enter the market later and the prices may decline slightly. However, the coming of the Labor Day will push up shrimp prices. And they probably contract after the festival…
