Golden Eagle Retail Group Limited announced that the Group hosted “Business Partnership Conference 2017” at Nanjing Jinying International Hotel with the theme of “Creating Lifestyle for Future” on March 17. More than 500 strategic partners and representatives of renowned brands attended the conference to explore opportunities for win-win cooperation.
Nanjing City – achieving GDP of more than RMB1,000 billion in 2016, owning a population of approximately 10 million, being accredited as a National Central City and the only mega-city in Yangtze River Delta region by the central government. The Group is also actively developing into Nanjing Hexi, a new core business district in Nanjing City, as the strategically-selected location for the establishment of “Golden Eagle World”. As the second largest central business district in eastern China, Nanjing Hexi is the hub of finance, commerce, trading, exhibitions, culture and sports, and has developed itself into a prosperous consumption hub suitable for the middle-class in Nanjing.
The Group will operate 500,000 square meters of the commercial and affiliated area, which will become the Group’s new flagship store as well as Asia’s largest comprehensive lifestyle center with multiple functions and amenities. Total investment of the project reaches over RMB10 billion. Golden Eagle World is the world’s tallest asymmetric three-tower skyscraper under construction, of which Tower A reaching a height of 368 meters and the three towers are connected with a skyscraper corridor which is 190 meters from the ground. The total gross floor area reaches approximately 920,000 square meters, with grade 5E high-end office area of approximately 170,000 square meters, five-star hotel with more than 500 guest rooms of approximately 80,000 square meters, and high-quality international apartments of approximately 120,000 square meters.
The project was designed by Mr. Teruo Kuramochi, President of Pinhole Design & Planning Co. Ltd. in Japan, which emphasizes on building a family consumption atmosphere that echoes with customers’ needs. Through achieving connection between people and environment as well as balance between products and spaces, the design aims to satisfy middle class’ demand for high quality lifestyle services and experiences.
Golden Eagle World adopts a creative seamless converting design for its parking zone and retail spaces with air parking lot on each floor, where customers can drive directly to the designated floor. The project is designed with 8-storey upper ground parking lots and 4-storey underground parking garages, providing approximately 5,000 parking spaces on the same storey with total parking area of over 150,000 square meters.
